Designed for both left and right ears, the SPIKE CHAIN CURVED CARTILAGE BAR features a 4 cone cascade chain top for an elegant, stylish look. This top is 5mm at its shortest chain and 20mm at its longest, with a 9mm inside diameter curved bar for seamless fitting. Forged with 1.2mm internal threads and a 0.9mm thread, the SPIKE CHAIN CURVED CARTILAGE BAR is compatible with most Labret Studs and Bars.
