Love It, But A Bit Disappointed

I absolutely adore the style, and durability of the CHAIN LINK SEPTUM RING. It’s unique, beautiful designed, and is a nice mix of simple and alternative. I did, however, have an issue with the clicker mechanism originally. The bar was not held tightly in place, and it made it difficult to properly secure it while wearing.

That was easily fixed with a pair of jewelry pliers, but my next issue is not something solvable. I understand with jewelry wear and tear is to be expected with use, but in the month, or so, I’ve had this septum ring the metal has started to flake. It isn’t significant to the point it’s visible, but did cause some discomfort. I am not sure if perhaps this septum ring was just not intended for long term wear, or if it is of my own fault somehow, but it is still disappointing nonetheless.

Overall, I would still recommend purchasing, but to perhaps be prepared for a few small issues.
