It’s so cute but I can’t figure out how to get the bead out

Never answered my email, and I have not received my order FROM APRIL
I love it I have never seen a CBR with the divits on the ring instead of the ball - SO much easier to put on. Only downside is one of the spikes is kind of loose after a couple wears I might have to locktite it in after it fell out once. But for the price I'm really happy
